Bodas Vallarta is the wedding website for Villas in Vallarta, the parent company that owns the properties, Casa Tres Vidas and Quinta Maria Cortez. Our reservation office is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Margaret Parrish and Jon Christopher Jones have owned and operated Villas in Vallarta since 1997.


Owners & Staff
Margaret Parrish has an extensive background in sales, hospitality services, group travel and the restaurant business. She owned and operated her own restaurant in Salt Lake City and has owned a home in Puerto Vallarta since 1992. Margaret manages the reservation office for both properties and oversees the wedding event planning details.

Jon Christopher Jones has been involved in the travel industry for over 20 years and was the owner of one of the largest travel agencies in Utah. Jon has a broad experience in the hospitality business and has worked on large events including the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City, the 2004 Olympics in Athens and the 2008 Olympics & Special Olympics in Beijing. Jon is involved on-site at the properties in Mexico and spends more than half of his time in Puerto Vallarta.

Ruth Nava has worked in the reservation office since the opening in 1998. Her background is in hotel management and the travel industry working as a travel agent in Salt Lake City. She is bi- lingual and an important part of the company's success.

Jose Ruiz de Anda has lived in Puerto Vallarta for over 30 years. He worked at the Fiesta Americana Hotel in Puerto Vallarta for 20 years. Starting as a waiter, Jose was promoted to Maitre d' and eventually Restaurant Manager. Jose joined QMC in 1998 as General Manager and is known for his helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service.

Ramiro Patino is the house manager for Casa Tres Vidas and makes sure the meal service is top notch. He has been at CTV for the past 9 years. Prior to that he worked at the Fiesta Americana for 24 years, starting as a waiter and working his way up to wait staff captain and finally Restaurant Manager. Ramiro has had extensive experience in groups and events for up to 600 guests. His pleasant nature and attention to details is a great asset to the business.

Eduardo Alcaraz is the head chef. His experience includes 5 years on cruise ships and 6 years at the Fiesta Americana as the head chef for breakfasts and lunches in the specialty restaurant. His specialties are Surf and Turf, seafood and beautiful food presentations. Eduardo joined the staff in 2002.
